Our terms are pre-payment by credit or debit card or PayPal for all goods ordered via this On-Line Shop (the Shop). Goods ordered via the Shop must be delivered to the customer under the shipping and warranty terms outlined elsewhere. Goods ordered and paid for on a mail order basis cannot then be collected in person or by a third party representative of the original customer. We are required to verify information on credit cards provided by our customers and may from time to time request additional information regarding billing and/or shipping. Please ensure that address details and post codes supplied to the Shop site are entered accurately. We reserve the right to refuse any order where there is insufficient verification, or authorisation cannot be obtained, or where we have cause to believe that a credit or debit card is being used fraudulently. All products offered by the Shop are subject to change without prior notification. Changes are usually found to be enhancements or improvements and we make no apology for supplying you with a product which we believe to be better than that which you ordered! When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as appropriate - where this is in your favour, we will not notify you. However, if there is a significant increase in a shipping charge, we will contact you and you will have the right to cancel the order if required.
