Shipping is usually by next day courier service. All packages will need a signature on receipt. Our couriers are instructed not to accept alternative instructions unless they are authorised through MJP. Some items will not be available from immediate stock and may take between one and three weeks to arrive. We will contact you by e-mail if there is a major delay in supply. Small items may be sent by Royal Mail post or parcel services. The reduced cost of these services (where applicable) will be reflected in your final invoice even though a greater amount may have been shown on screen. If an item ordered through this site is deemed "undeliverable" (usually two attempts and no response to cards left) and the item is returned to us, the customer will still be responsible for both forward and return courier charges. Returns are only accepted by prior agreement and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking and handling charge unless returned under a warranty or defective goods procedure. MJP will not be liable for any courier or postage costs incurred by the customer and will not be held liable to refund the outbound courier costs. Warranty claims will be handled only by prior agreement. Liability for warranty will be passed back to the original equipment manufacturer and credit will be at the discretion of MJP. All warranty claims will be under the terms of the original equipment manufacturer. Warranty credits may reflect the period of "good use" that a component may have had. Any products designed for off-road use, racing or performance enhancement carry no warranty, either expressed or implied, as we have no control over how they are used. Electrical components carry a limited warranty only. Claims for damage during transit must be noted with the driver on receipt and formally processed by the customer and MJP within three days of receipt. Save all packaging relevant to the claim. Courier damage claims will be processed via the courier's insurance and their decision on compensation will be final. |
